GreenRX™ Sauk City site policies — shipping & delivery, privacy statement, terms & conditions, and return policy.
Local Support: 608.370.6670Local delivery is available Monday–Friday. Local deliveries placed after 12pm will not be delivered same day. We deliver to a select delivery area across Sauk City and Prairie du Sac. All orders over $35.00 qualify for free local delivery. If you fall in the delivery area, which is determined at checkout, there is no charge for local deliveries, but due to high delivery volume we may ship your order to you with 1-2 day shipping, or you may choose a different method such as free shipping.
Please keep in mind that we do not accept returns for any reason. Please make sure your item is correct and not damaged upon receipt.
All rates quoted are ground shipment methods via USPS, FedEx, UPS, Speedee Delivery. We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $25.00. Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Freight under any circumstance is non-refundable.
All orders over $25.00 to any place in Wisconsin will ship for free. All other orders, shipping is determined at checkout.

When a user adds their information on the registration form to purchase an item from Greenrxsaukcity.com we only use the user's financial information to bill for the products and their shipping address to ship the product to them. If an item is damaged or incorrect at the time of receipt, Greenrxsaukcity.com will cover your return shipping costs and issue a replacement or refund. Damage or incorrect item claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or the claim will be denied.
To return a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer service department by phone at 608-370-6670, by email at greenrxcustomerservice@gmail.com, or by using our Contact Us form. We do not accept returns on any items outside of damage and wrongfully shipped goods.
All in store purchases, and purchases made online for local pick-up or delivery must be inspected to make sure they are correct and not damaged upon receipt. We do not accept returns on any products.
Gummies and Meltables are shipped at the risk of the recipient during summer months. We add cold packs, but please view the weather as we are not responsible for damaged goods due to heat.
All products are within the legal limit of 0.3% THC or less. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. We do NOT guarantee that you will get any of the results found anywhere seen online or on this website. All CBD Products are independently, 3rd-party tested for quality and 100% accuracy. Do not use CBD products if you are pregnant or lactating.
